Refund Policy

If you recieve a product which is damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at info@j-tees.co.uk in this instance. 

All products are unique and produced only once ordered so if you change your mind or order the wrong size/colour etc, we're unable to offer free replacement but please get in touch with the above email address and we will do our best to make sure you're satisfied with your order. We're just small a family business so like to help wherever possible!
